We have been asked to help by the attending doctor. Kiril has already had surgery. It went well, he’s been already transferred back to his room from the ICU. All the supplies for the surgery were purchased by the volunteer who deal with the ATO zone.

However, the family needs help purchasing the expensive Solu-Medrol, which is needed to relieve the post-surgery edema.

They need about 2,000-2,500 UAH ($90-$120).

moved around the whole week… At first he was sent to the Cancer Institute for chemotherapy, but he got worse there and was urgently sent back to the Institute of Neurosurgery. His mother asked for diapers for the boy, and we ordered them, but then suddenly an ambulance came for them from Kharkiv (where they live). The mother had no idea this was going to happen, so she had to pack quickly and they left to get chemotherapy and their local hospital. We will send the diapers to them in Kharkiv.
