Passed Away :(( Moshenets Andrey, newborn, congenital hydrocephalus
Urgent child! We got the ‘surgical supplies list’ at 5pm yesterday and barely had enough time to buy everything by today’s morning. Andrey has already had the shunt placement surgery. We covered the cost from our ‘emergencies fund’ as we had no time to raise money for Andrey specifically. We’ll know more details later.
Andrey will need approximately 15,000 UAH ($650) for full the treatment.

We have very sad news… Last night Andrey’s heart just stopped… May he rest in peace! All the strength to his family in getting through this very difficult time…
5/11/2015 Update
The surgery went well yesterday. There was a scare, however — it took Andriy a couple of our to wake up from the anesthesia. Today everything is good, thank G-d. He was already transferred back to his room.
