We have already been helping Karina, during her earlier stays at the Institute.
Karina’s mother is raising two daughters on her own, and unfortunately, she doesn’t have even nearly enough money for the treatment.
They need financial help to purchase the shunting system, diapers, food and medication.

We have spent much more money on Karina than we have raised… We’re currently at -19,000 UAH ($700), and she still has another surgery ahead of her. Karina will need medication and a new shunt (with bactiseal — about 30,000UAH ($1,100)). The family is exhausted from constant surgeries and treatments. They have no one else to turn to.

Karina has had three more surgeries :(( One of which was to place s hunt, but unfortunately, kidney inflammation has started, which reflected on the shunting system. Currently the tube was taken out of the stomach because of the inflammation. Karina is getting antibiotics and as soon as her test results get better the shunt will be replaced with a new one. Karina needs your prayers and financial support. This will be here 34th or 35th surgery :(((
